Global Layer Shadow Intensity Resets On Map Reload

Reloading a map after setting its global layer shadow intensity to another value will reset the value to 1.

Steps to Reproduce:

• On the right panel, open scene settings and click the layer shadows button

• Set the shadow intensity to 0

• Save the map and refresh the page

• Open the layer shadows options again
