Forgot Password Doesnt Work & Invasive privacy practices ruin this product

I tried to recover a password but i just continuously get an error on the website. The error also doesn't allow the ability to report the error to Inkarnate. Secondly, I despise your products' privacy policy agreement and threat to delete account and data. This is abysmal and damaging to users. By forcing users to agree to this you essentially entrap users. This practice should be banned .
