Blurred Lines Have Artifacts When Moved Over A Large Shape

When moving a blurred line over a large enough shape, the line will begin to create artifacts. The artifacts don't render in a HD Export.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Select the line tool and switch to stamp stroke

• Check blur on and set value to 40

• Draw a horizontal line

• Select the shape tool

• Draw a large shape under the line

• Select the select tool and select the line

• Drag the line under the shape and then back over it
