Asset Painter

It would be nice to paint an asset to match a specific imagery, such as enlarging an image, painting it a specific color, then shrinking it back down to the needed size. this could come in handy for situations where an asset is being used in a much smaller format than or practical to paint the terrain below it with a mask.
