Add local file upload as a canvas background feature

I have a suggestion to add a feature that allow uploading local computer files as a background , so that it can be used as a reference while creating maps. ：)

This is my artwordk, and I would like to replicate it using your tool. However, before that, I need to upload it as a background so that I can draw on top of it

And the size of my artwork is 22109 x 9572. I also hope that you can enlarge the canvas size.
