Universal VTT Export

For users with the vttExport feature, In the Export Modal, in the File Format dropdown, add the Universal VTT as option. When selected:

• When the Export Image button is clicked, create a JSON file with the extension ink2vtt.
• Map all Line and Shape objects as line_of_sight entries.
  • Simplify curves as straight nodes with reasonable precision.
• Map all Portals as portal entries.
• Encode the exported map image as base64 PNG or WEBP.
